ReplySurge is a tool that generates AI-assisted draft replies for social media posts and comments on platforms such as X, Reddit, and LinkedIn. ReplySurge produces drafts only. You review every draft and post it yourself by copying and pasting it. ReplySurge does not connect to your social accounts and never posts on your behalf.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use ReplySurge. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Please keep your sign-in credentials confidential.

4. Free trial, plans, and billing

• ReplySurge may offer a free trial. Features and limits of the trial may change over time.
• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) through Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime from the side panel. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable use

You are solely responsible for the content you post anywhere using replies generated by ReplySurge. When using the service, you agree that you will:

• Comply with the terms, policies, and rules of X, Reddit, LinkedIn, and any other platform where you use generated replies.
• Not use ReplySurge to create or post spam, harassment, hateful, deceptive, misleading, or illegal content.
• Not use the service to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.

ReplySurge provides drafts only. You decide what, whether, and where to post, and you accept responsibility for those decisions.

6. Intellectual property

We own the ReplySurge software, branding, and underlying technology. These Terms do not grant you any ownership of our intellectual property. You retain ownership of the content and company information you provide, and of the replies you choose to post.

7. AI-generated content disclaimer

Drafts are generated by AI models and may contain inaccurate, outdated, biased, or inappropriate content. You must review every draft before posting. You are responsible for the accuracy, tone, and compliance of anything you publish.

8. Disclaimers

ReplySurge is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rimfrost LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or account standing arising from your use of ReplySurge. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rimfrost LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party platform's rules.

11. Termination

You may stop using ReplySurge and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Governing law
